Yoga Fitness Class

Come experience the power, grace, and meditative potential of yoga taught by a local fitness instructor.

Six-week series beginning in January--dates and times to be determined. The cost for the series is only $45, paid in advance by cash or check. Classes will have a relaxation and meditative focus. Beginners welcome; no previous experience is required.
