St. Philipʼs sponsors and supports Boy Scout Troop 342. A church member serves as liaison between the group and the Church. A meeting and storage area is provided, as well as help with various activities. In turn, the Scouts help the Church with activities and projects.

Cub Scout Pack #468

The Parent Committee for Cub Scout Pack 468 would like to take this opportunity to thank St. Philip’s for allowing our group to hold our meetings and other scout activities here. Pack #468 was started during the 2011/2012 school year and we are pleased to say that more than 25 scouts from this pack have progressed into Boy Scouts and we have plans in place for a fantastic new year for our boys!

Boy Scout Troop #342

St. Philip’s sponsors Boy Scout Troop #342 with our own Tom Coulter serving as Chartered Organization Representative. We are happy to currently have a number of boys in our Troop that came from Cub Scout Pack #468!

Some of our Troop #342 scouts went to Sea Base. The Florida National High Adventure Sea Base is a unique Scouting program that offers aquatics programs found nowhere else, such as sailing, scuba diving, rustic camping on an undeveloped barrier island, fishing or a combination of all.  This is a picture of our scouts who caught a barracuda at Sea Base.
